Return and Exchange Policy
All our customers have the right to return or exchange products purchased from our store, and this applies to all products we offer.
All products available in our store are covered by our exchange and refund policy, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still in its original packaging.
Returns can be made within three (3) days of purchase, and exchanges within seven (7) days of purchase.

In case of a defective or damaged product, or if it does not meet the agreed specifications, please send us a photo of the product along with the city, address, and order number for replacement.
If the product received is completely different from the one displayed on our website, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
We are not responsible for customer expectations or uses of the product that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
A 30% deduction or a minimum fee of 25 dirhams will apply if the customer decides not to keep the product, provided that the product has no defects or issues as described.
